Couteau en acier inoxydable avec manche en bois de cerisier
Nos couteaux sont finement affûtés selon le principe traditionnel du "Solinger Dünnschlift"" et sont donc particulièrement tranchants et conservent bien leur tranchant. Ils ne sont pas destinés à hacher ou à détacher des os, ni à couper des aliments surgelés, car cela pourrait endommager la lame. Les couteaux en acier au carbone sont encore plus tranchants et plus faciles à aiguiser que les couteaux en acier inoxydable. Les tranchants lisses se réaffûtent seulement 2 ou 3 fois à l'aide de la lame en acier ou en céramique.
Le manche est en bois de cerisier et doit être huilé de temps en temps pour l'entretien.
Ne passe pas au lave-vaisselle.
Lame : 10.5cm acier inoxydable, dureté 56-57 HRc

Our motto: “Good knives are made by hand.” The craftsmanship of our grinders and fine-glaze grinders, particularly that of our “blue-glazed” grinders, plays an important role. This work requires very great precision, skill, patience and a good eye in order to achieve the required quality.
As this work used to be the work of the master grinders, we call the blue-glazed knives “Today’s Masterpieces”.
